Strategy Process Biotechnology 2020+

The primary objective of the strategy process – initiated by the BMBF – was to establish interdisciplinary links between actors and motivate them to start joint R&D projects. Above all, representatives of the engineering disciplines should be encouraged to consider the use of biotechnological processes and to work together with natural scientists on appropriate solutions.

Our services in accompanying this four-year strategy process included, among others

• the development of concepts for the whole process,
• the events to be organised,
• the accompanying communication measures and the establishment of a community of actors the complete planning,
• organisation, implementation and documentation of all events (four annual congresses and ten technical discussions / creative workshops)
• the establishment and maintenance of a searchable database of actors with information on the disciplines represented and contact data the conception,
• implementation and continuous maintenance of the project website www.biotechnologie2020plus.de
• further high-profile communication and reporting measures
