European Biotechnology: Spring is here
Berlin, 15.03.2019 – Cancer research is focusing more and more on metastases as they are the most frequent cause of malignancy and death in tumour patients. The cover story in the newly published European Biotechnology presents the latest approaches that open up completely novel possibilities in the fight against cancer.
The spring issue was published in March. Two further features deal with bio-based cosmetics and combination products at the interface of pharmaceuticals and medical technology. In an interview, Josef Plank, Secretary General of the Austrian Federal Ministry for Sustainability, explains the goals of Austria’s bioeconomic strategy.
